References to “Yalpop”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Yalpop Limited.

Yalpop Limited’s trade licence covers online training centre and software development activities, which together reflect the two sides of what we do: the YALPOP software platform, and the branded online academies operated on it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the current one.

3. The website and our services

The website provides general information about Yalpop and its products. It does not, by itself, grant you access to a paid service. Access to Collector, Course Builder, or Academy is provided under a separate agreement which will be made available when you sign up for those services.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website or its content at any time without notice.

4. Other sites we operate

Yalpop Limited also operates a number of branded online academies on custom domains. Those sites are powered by the YALPOP platform but trade under their own brand names and have their own terms, privacy notices, and pricing.

These Terms & Conditions apply only to yalpop.com. If you are using one of our branded academies on another domain, please refer to the terms published on that site. The fact that two sites are operated by the same company does not mean their terms, refund policies, or service commitments are the same.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any related systems;
• interfere with the normal operation of the website, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic;
